This project involved cleaning, scraping, recaulking and painting the South wall on this large shop/adu. Most of the caulk on about 100 butt joints was deteriorated and needed to be scraped out prior to recaulking. We used peel-bond to prime over the bare trim & siding after scraping. There was some remaining trim rot the customer had us paint over until they would replace it with the new roof installation next year.
