Hancock Home Repair LLC is a family-owned and operated business providing home repair services in Thurston and Lewis Counties.
Owner/Operator Carl Hancock grew up in the family rental business and has been working on homes since he was 12 years old. As a result, he purchased his own home at the age of 26 and has bought and sold homes and kept many as rentals since. In addition to his work renovating homes and rentals, he has worked 19 years assessing the painting and repair needs of over 10,000 projects as an estimator for Flying Colors Painting in Thurston County and later with All Terrain Painting & Repairs in Pierce County Washington.
Carl is also joined by his son Gabriel who grew up beside his father learning carpentry, painting, fence building etc. Gabriel also worked as a painter at Flying Colors Painting and at Construct Inc. as a carpenter. Gabriel is currently enrolled in an apprentice training program.
