This new partial Hardie siding installation blended exceptionally well with the existing cedar siding. Now this home is ready for the customer to paint.

After the customer removed the carport, our objective was to remove damaged trim, rotted sheet siding, gutters, and re-build rotted soffits, install new vapor barrier, new trim, flashing and Hardie siding.
Work in Progress
Once we arrived with the cargo trailer, we set up each day with the tools and equipment needed for demolition and installation of trim, flashing, siding and rebuilding the soffits on the front and left sides of the house.. We even installed new routed bases for the electrical outlets, exterior lights and house numbers.
Job Completion Pictures
The transformation of this house was amazing and is now ready for the customer to prime and paint. Although we can also paint, the customer opted to do their own painting. We will post updates of the final painted house in the future.
